Key responsibilities as a Project Manager at Audience Advantage
  • Build and nurture relationships with (new) clients and internal stakeholders to grow new business
  • Work collaboratively with our production and development department to execute projects, as we introduce new solutions, features and products.
  • Develop detailed project plans to track progress and measure performance
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Bring your strategies and ideas to advance our company’s values and vision for the future
  • Serve as a brand enthusiast for Audience Advantage
Skills we are looking for
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Dutch.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Proven working experience as a project / accountmanager * A sixth sense for detecting your client’s needs before they do
  • Experience in negotiating with decision makers and executives
  • A sharp focus on goals and a powerful work ethic
  • Interest in or affinity with tech/software.

  • As a PHP Developer, you'll be working closely with both the production and development teams
  • You'll create, develop and maintain innovative apps and maintain the current app, as well as integrating these with various back-end systems and CRMs. We'll be counting on you to choose the right third-party tools for the job, integrate components and SDKs and develop from scratch where necessary.
  • Your co-workers will be depending on you to help carry the technical side of the project as much as you'll be depending on them.
  • We will always welcome your feedback, your ideas and your engagements! We strongly believe the best ideas come from the workfloor, from people dealing with problems hands-on.
Skills we are looking for
  • At least 5 years full-time experience with 3rd party API's (LinkedIn, SalesForce, Google, Microsoft Dynamics, Facebook)
  • At least 5 years full-time experience with PHP web frameworks
  • MVC design patterns are basic knowledge
  • PHP synchronous behaviour is not unknown to you
  • Object-oriented PHP Development is more than just a boring blog article to you
  • You like peeking over the wall into front-end land (JS, HTML and CSS)
  • Accessibility and security compliance are two cornerstones of everything you do
  • You know of the most common vulnarabilities in your code and how to fix these
  • When you're not writing code, you love reading about it! The latest developments, techniques and security issues are your favourite literature (next to a great Peter F. Hamilton novel of course).
